We have more than 17 years experience in E-Bike Drive Systems, close to 1000 employees worldwide and stand for Team Work and dedication to our customers success.

We are looking for a new member for our Customer Service Team in Hövelhof, Germany.

The Job Responsibility

  1. solve customer problems to their satisfaction.

  2. approach of service within the regulation period: door-to-door service, online service, fulfill product reworks in customer’s location or at the Bafang locations.

  3. deal with customer service cases including warranty periods, problem belongings etc. according to company service policy.

  4. Proficient use of our service systems like CRM, U9, OEM, service website, etc.

  5. hosting customer trainings including product knowledge and solvation of occurring disorders.

  6. fulfillment of further work assigned by supervisors.

Your Abilities

  1. confident in writing and speaking in English language.

  2. strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills

  3. hardworking and obedient to company arrangements.

  4. good MS-Office skills.

  5. E-bike system knowledge experience is preferred.

  6. driver’s license and you preferably own a car.
