Reaching each market on a local way it’s on our focus integrating ourselves into local digital and business services such as: Veloconnect, Bidex or Bike Center among others together with strong media presence within the territory it’s Megamo's promise in order to succeed together with our high value product proposal.

As part of its Sales Development Strategy and following our transition to high value product & service, we are working on leveraging our Brand Awareness & Visibility plan by enhancing our presence within the DACH region, seeking for 3 freelance Commercial Agents, one for each of the territories of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
As an exclusive sales agent for Megamo you’ll have a pivotal role on our sales development strategy. Ideal candidates should be passionate about cycling, have a demonstrable sales experience within bicycle sales market, with real access to existing IBD’s, able to work under tough market scenarios, having a confident personality and strong communication skills.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the Megamo brand, its history, philosophy, technologies and products.
Proactively evaluate and establish new dealer network and increase brand visibility in existing dealers.
Create and report a realistic schedule of visits and calls to customers in the area.
Coordinate orders and deliveries with Megamo B2B.
Providing technical support to clients, when it comes to product and tools.
Collaborate with our marketing department to set up country specific campaigns.
Be motivated to achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Proven Sales & Business Development Skills: with demonstrable experience as an area sales representative, with ability to show strong sales performance against challenging targets, nurturing client relationships, managing sales funnels, & closing deals.
Exceptional Communication: outstanding verbal and written communication skills, maintaining effective communication channels.
Organizational Prowess: strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage various responsibilities effectively.
Adaptability and Independence: capability to adapt to changing market conditions and work both independently and collaboratively within a team experience with HQ’s
Passionate of high-end road, MTB, Gravel and E-Bike trade, with hands-on attitude.
Native German speaker and fluent in English (to communicate with HQ’s).
Residence in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, within the working area designated.
Able to travel and spend significant periods of time away from home.
Exclusivity related to work with of other bike brands (Megamo bikes exclusivity).
Long term agent agreement within the assigned territory.
Full initial training on range, processes and tooling.
Initial Support: a monthly fixed payment + a variable salary (commissions) on first year.
Fully supported by the company and from the factory (Testing program, sampling, etc.)
