OLI eBike Systems is looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Area Sales Manager for BENELUX and DUTCH to help drive our growth and establish our cutting-edge eBike systems in the market. We design and deliver high-quality, fully integrated eBike solutions tailored for urban mobility — with a strong focus on innovation, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
Manage and support key accounts, business partners, and end customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities, with a focus on building strong, long-term client relationships.
Execute targeted sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve growth objectives.
Organize and lead training sessions and product info events for distributors and partners.
Your Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales within the eBike or bike component industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to define and implement long-term sales plans.
Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
Fluent in German and English; Italian is a strong plus.
Valid Class B driver’s license.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
