We are Ecoride, a family-owned Swedish e-bike manufacturer with almost 20 years of experience in creating bicycles for everyday mobility.
Founded in 2008, we have built a strong presence in the Nordic markets by combining Scandinavian design, robust engineering and innovative technology. Our e-bikes are developed and manufactured at our own facilities in Gothenburg, Sweden, designed to perform even in demanding Nordic conditions.

The opportunity
To develop our presence across Germany and Benelux, we are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on Area Sales Manager who is passionate about the bicycle industry and excited by the challenge of building new markets.
You will take ownership of developing our dealer network, initially focusing on Germany and the Netherlands. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building trusted relationships and turning opportunities into successful long-term partnerships.
Working independently from your home base, you will work directly with our owner and CEO, have a real voice in shaping our market-entry strategy and enjoy the freedom to turn your ideas into action.

Your responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new bicycle and e-bike dealers.
• Actively generate new business and develop long-term retail partnerships.
• Build relationships with independent dealers, retail groups and larger dealer chains.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to our regional growth strategy.
• Represent Ecoride through dealer visits, product presentations and industry events.
• Support dealer relationships in cooperation with our Swedish sales and aftersales teams.
• Independently manage your territory, sales pipeline and commercial activities.

Your profile

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the bicycle or e-bike industry, ideally in field sales or business development.
• An established dealer network in Germany and/or the Netherlands, with a strong understanding of the local bicycle market.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and developing dealer partnerships.
• A driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, combined with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent German and Dutch, with good English for collaboration with our international team.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Experience introducing new brands or developing distribution networks is an advantage.
