Region Sales Manager, Germany North West
We’re looking for a Region Sales Manager to support our network of Wahoo dealers in this area. Working closely with the German Country Manager you will be responsible for the management of a selected number of dealers who exclusively supply Wahoo in their territory. The ideal candidate for this role will be an energetic and organized professional, experienced in working with dealers in the FMCG consumer electronics or sporting goods markets who can easily digest and interpret data to analyze sales, observe market trends, and closely monitor in/out inventory movements for each territory to help formulate a dynamic sales strategy that drives demand and success across the entire Wahoo portfolio throughout Europe. In this role you will need to be a natural communicator with a passion for people, be a self-starter who is able to apply strong account & relationship management skills, build brand awareness, grow revenues towards achieving company goals and work collaboratively with our German team based in our Berlin office. Regular travel forms a significant part of this key role and is required throughout Germany (with at least one annual visit to our headquarters based in Atlanta, USA).

In this role, you will:
Plan, manage and execute Wahoo’s German sales initiatives closely aligned with our company goals to reach and surpass our targets for revenue & profitability.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the smart fitness-tech market and use this knowledge to work with dealers to develop clear long-term growth plans.
Set clear annual objectives with our dealers, ensuring they are internally aligned with the right level of support across sales and marketing channels.
Agree targets with customers, tracking regularly and holding owners to account, and putting in place any corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Wahoo marketing team and the dealer to plan, organize and execute multiple product launches each year within your designated territories.
Work closely with Wahoo’s dealers to ensure the premium brand values and reputation of Wahoo.
Hold regular, informative and engaging meetings with business owners and sales/training seminars with their team
Liaise with the Wahoo logistics and sales support teams, and when necessary work with them to ensure orders are processed in a timely fashion.
Support the finance team ensuring accounts are current and within terms and when necessary helping effect payment.
Work with the Wahoo German Country Manager and German Marketing Manager to support channel marketing activities, merchandising strategy and execution, and ongoing relationship maintenance.

Located in Germany North-West
Fluent in German and English.
Driving license class B (BE, C1 optional)
Travel throughout the territory will be required approximately 70% of the time with regular nights away and occasional participation at weekends for national events, shows and product launches in Germany
5+ years’ experience in sales and key account management, ideally working with dealers within the cycling, sports and/or tech industries.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and desire to roll up the sleeves when necessary to get the job done.
A genuinely organized self-starter who can operate effectively on their own and as part of a team.
Strong interest in, and knowledge of the cycling & fitness arena. The ideal candidate has a keen and active interest in cycling, running, multi-sports and is sufficiently capable to participate in group activities when required.
Strong interest in, and knowledge of, consumer electronics. Ideal candidate is comfortable conversing on key topics such as smartphone technology, Apps, Bluetooth, ANT+ and Wi-Fi wireless standards.
